Welcome to Aranya Naturals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aranyanaturals.com and orders placed through our website or official ordering channels. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Aranya Naturals
Aranya Naturals is the consumer-facing brand of ARANYA NATURALS GLOBAL, a partnership firm based in Telangana, India. We offer traditional Indian food products and specialty groceries, including pickles, podis and spice powders, premixes, snacks, papads, vadiyalu, traditional sweets and selected regional food products.
We source products from selected suppliers and food makers. Depending on the product and applicable requirements, products may be packed, labelled or presented under the Aranya Naturals brand. Products are not necessarily manufactured directly by us.
2. Website use
You must provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, pack sizes, prices and other details. Photographs are illustrative, and minor differences in appearance or packaging may occur. Products are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued.
Review each product’s label and listing for ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, preparation guidance and shelf-life details. Do not assume a product is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet unless that is expressly stated in verified product information.
4. Prices, taxes and offers
Prices and currency will be shown on the product page or during checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown or communicated before order completion wherever required. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination fees not included in the product price unless expressly stated.
Promotions may have separate eligibility conditions, validity periods and usage limits. Changes to future prices or offers will not override an accepted order except as permitted by law.
5. Orders and confirmation
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification where applicable and shipping eligibility. An automated acknowledgement or payment notification does not by itself guarantee dispatch. We may contact you to verify order details, address, availability or shipping costs.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund for affected items in accordance with applicable law.
6. Payments
Payments must use methods offered or confirmed by Aranya Naturals. Third-party payment providers may process transactions. Depending on the payment method, we generally receive transaction confirmations and references rather than storing complete payment card details on our own systems.
You must be authorized to use the payment method. Orders may be delayed while a payment is verified or cancelled if payment is declined or not received. Approved refunds will generally be sent through the original payment method where supported.
7. Shipping and delivery
Domestic delivery and international shipping are available only where supported by our delivery partners and permitted by applicable rules. We do not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every destination. Certain food products may be restricted by destination-country laws, customs authorities or courier policies.

- Customs inspections, courier operations, weather, address issues and regulatory checks may cause delays.

We will communicate shipping charges and material delivery conditions before order confirmation wherever reasonably possible.
8. International orders and customs
Import eligibility depends on destination, product ingredients, classification, labelling, documentation and applicable regulations. We may decline or cancel an order if a product cannot lawfully be shipped to the destination. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage charges will be disclosed before order confirmation where reasonably possible. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Cancellations
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation may be possible before processing begins. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the normal process. This does not affect rights or remedies under applicable law for damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Where cancellation is approved, eligible refunds will be processed according to the refund procedure, payment-provider timelines and applicable law. No cancellation fee or deduction will be applied unless lawfully permitted and disclosed where required.
10. Returns, refunds and replacements
Because food products may be perishable or hygiene-sensitive, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, consumed, tampered with or improperly stored. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different product, contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and details of the issue.
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. Retain the product and packaging until we advise you. Do not send food products back without our instructions. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
11. Food safety and storage
Follow the storage and preparation instructions on the product label. If a product appears spoiled, its safety seal is damaged, or you otherwise believe it may be unsafe, do not consume it. Contact us with the product name, batch or lot details if available, photographs and order information.
We cannot be responsible for quality deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Intellectual property
The Aranya Naturals name, logo, branding, website design, original text, photographs and other original content are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content or branding without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party services
Our website may use or link to third-party payment gateways, couriers, analytics tools, social media platforms and messaging services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This does not exclude any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we will seek that consent separately.
15. Limitation of liability
